Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and undamaged.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom Bath & Body Products

All orders are to be paid in full. Cancellation of order is allowed within 3 days of order. After 3 days a retocking fee of 25% will be deducted from payment, due to custom products already in assembly. All sales are final once the product is shipped. Be sure to provide all required information and feel free to message me prior to purchase with any questions or specifics that you have.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you by email upon approval or rejection of your refund.

If we provided free shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
